Role Description
We're looking for a motivated In-House Mortgage Broker to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their mortgage broking career and gain hands-on experience in a supportive workplace.
Responsibilities
* Meet with clients and assess their lending needs.
* Recommend suitable loan products.
* Prepare and submit loan applications.
* Liaise with lenders and clients throughout the approval process.
* Maintain accurate compliance and documentation.
* Build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (completed or currently studying).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, motivated, and eager to learn.
* Previous experience in banking, finance, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not essential.
