About the Role:
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join a specialist neurological rehabilitation clinic in North Wollongong, NSW.
This is an urgent team need with 1-2 positions available, offered on a part-time or full-time basis.
A waitlist of clients is ready to commence, meaning you will step into a busy and rewarding caseload from day one, supported by a solid and collaborative clinical team.
Neuro experience is welcomed but not essential, a structured training and professional development program is in place, and concessions on experience will be made for candidates with the right attitude, aptitude and profile.
Benefits:
$90,000 - $105,000 per annum + superannuation + annual bonus (base negotiable for titled or experienced neuro physiotherapists)

Structured first-year onboarding programme including:
HAL Certification - 19 CPD hours valued at $4,750 (selected clinicians)

Monthly in-services - 11 CPD hours
Access to internal clinical education, case study support and admin training
After 12 months: $800 annual PD budget, PD leave day, and 36 dedicated CPD hours per year
About You




AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
Background in or genuine interest in neurological rehabilitation
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
Experience writing funding reports for NDIS, DVA or icare (advantageous)
Feels genuinely energised by client milestones and outcomes
Excited by emerging technology and the science of neuroplasticity
Communicates clearly with clients, families and other health professionals
Driven by a career that sustains and grows with them
Eligible to work in Australia
