The Work Health & Safety Foundation (WHS Foundation), established in ****, is Western Australia's only not-for-profit work health and safety training and service provider (RTO #****).

About the Position:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Marketing & Membership Officer to support the delivery of marketing, communications, membership and organising events.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys creating content, engaging with people and developing their skills in marketing and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and schedule content across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics etc.
· Assist with newsletters, email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
· Update website content and support website maintenance.
· Assist with the promotion of training courses, events and membership programs.
· Support the planning and delivery of events, including logistics and on-the-day coordination.




· Provide excellent customer service to members, students and stakeholders.
· Support membership administration, including applications, renewals and member communications.
· Assist with marketing collateral, databases and general administrative tasks.
About You:
You will be a positive, organised and proactive individual with:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· An interest in marketing, communications, social media and content creation.
· Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
· A willingness to learn and contribute within a small team environment.
· Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
· Exposure to WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp or similar programs will be highly regarded.
Experience & Qualifications:
The following would be highly regarded:
· Experience in a training or service organisation or a membership or not – for – profit association will be beneficial.
· Qualification in or currently working towards Marketing, Media, Business or as related field, highly desirable.
