The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager – Business Operations is responsible for creating a simpler, smarter and more scalable operating model across The Jewellery Group.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the operational infrastructure that enables our stores, support office and distribution centre to perform at their best.
You will oversee Retail Operations, Distribution & Logistics, Inventory Governance, Store Maintenance, Security, Operational Compliance, Business Processes and Continuous Improvement.

Lead the end-to-end operational movement of inventory.

Emergency Response Planning
Business Operations
Lead the systems and processes that support our stores every day.

Executive leadership experience within a multi-site retail or consumer business.
