We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Woodville North.This roles are an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing as either a Blown Film Extrusion , Conversion or Plate Operator learning our products, processes, quality standards, and production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Blown Film Extrusion Operatorto manage our high-speed blown film production lines.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire process from resin blending and extrusion to tower management, bubble stabilization, and automated winding
Conversion Operatorto join our Conversion department.
This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining high-speed conversion machinery that transforms extruded and printed plastic film rolls into finished products (such as bottom-weld bags, side-seal bags, patches, or punched liners).
Plate Mounterworks closely with the pre-press and printing teams.
This role prepares, mounts,



and proof checks photopolymer printing plates onto sleeves or cylinders.
Precision is vital to eliminate registration errors before sleeves ever reach our high-speed Miraflex presses, ensuring rapid changeovers and flawless 8-colour print alignment.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential.
Forklift licence is advantageous but not required.
