Key Responsibilities




Perform professional skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
Deliver advanced facial and skin treatments to the highest standard.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer care.
Manage appointments, client follow-ups, and rebooking.
Recommend professional skincare products with confidence.
Assist with reception and administrative duties when required.
Maintain treatment rooms and retail displays to a high standard.
Participate in daily team strategy meetings.
Support the clinic owner with training and advanced skin treatments.
Contribute positively to the continued growth and success of the business.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy.
A genuine passion for skin health and advanced skin treatments.
A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in the beauty or skin industry.
Excellent knowledge of skin conditions and treatment planning.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
A warm, positive, and professional attitude.
Exceptional presentation and personal grooming.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Availability to work 3–4 days per week, including every Saturday (with early finishes on some Saturdays).
Experience with DMK products and treatments is highly regarded but not essential.
