ASKIN Performance Panels is looking for a hands-on and proactive Lead Storeperson to join our Elizabeth operations team.
This is not a role where you sit back and supervise from an office.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, rolls up their sleeves and takes pride in running a safe, organised and efficient warehouse and yard operation.
If you enjoy being active, operating forklifts, loading oversized materials, keeping stock under control and making sure things get done properly, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

About the Role
Based in Elizabeth, this is a varied and fast-paced operational role supporting warehouse, yard and dispatch activities.
You'll play an important part in ensuring materials are safely received, stored, prepared and dispatched while maintaining high standards across inventory control, housekeeping and customer service.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and contributing to a well-run operation.
Key Responsibilities
Operating forklifts safely within warehouse and yard environments
Loading and unloading trucks, including oversized insulated panel products
Coordinating inbound and outbound stock movements
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Maintaining warehouse organisation and inventory accuracy
Conducting stocktakes and cycle counts
Processing stock movements and inventory transactions
Supporting production and operations teams as required
Assisting customers and coordinating collections when needed
Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse and yard
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
Current Forklift Licence
Current Driver's Licence
Strong forklift operating and material handling skills
Ability to safely handle oversized products and warehouse movements
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Experience using warehouse or ERP systems such as Pronto is highly regarded
