As our business continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic, reliableKitchen & FOH All-Roundersto join our team.
This is a varied role where you'll work across our Commercial Kitchen and retail stores, helping create, bake and serve the products our customers love.
No two days are the same—you could be baking cookies in the morning and serving customers in one of our stores later that week.
Position Details
Position:Casual Kitchen & FOH All-Rounder

Locations:Commercial Kitchen (Malaga) and any of our Perth stores
Commencement:ASAP
Availability
We're looking for team members who are available Monday–Saturday
Early morning starts may be required, including occasional4:00am or 5:00amstarts for baking shifts
Our Commercial Kitchen hours are 9:30am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday
For the FOH Role – store opening hours vary and range of hours can be provided once location is confirmed
About the Role
As a Kitchen & FOH All-Rounder you'll play an important role across every part of the business.
Kitchen & Bakery Responsibilities
Baking cookies following company procedures and recipes
Weighing and measuring ingredients
Preparing ingredients and baked goods
Operating, emptying and cleaning kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe workspace
Cleaning and restocking workstations
Putting away deliveries and rotating stock
Assisting with light warehouse organisation
Assisting with packing products and occasional deliveries when required
Following all food safety,



hygiene and workplace safety procedures
Using Excel to accurately record production data and complete kitchen tracking
Front of House Responsibilities
Providing friendly, efficient customer service
Making and serving coffee, milkshakes and drinks
Scooping and serving ice cream
Packing and serving cookies and desserts
Maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment
Working collaboratively with the team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 25kg
Comfortable with early morning starts
Robust attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality products
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (essential)
Previous hospitality, kitchen, bakery or barista experience is advantageous but not essential—we provide full training.
