$90,000–$95,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Sunday night to Friday morning roster
Night Shift – 10:00pm to 6:30am

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee nightly dispatch operations.
Prepare daily run sheets and allocate workloads to warehouse staff.
Coordinate and optimise delivery schedules and routes.
Ensure freight is staged, loaded and dispatched on time.
Digitise and accurately record delivery documentation.
Liaise with drivers, warehouse personnel and internal teams.




Monitor inventory movements and dispatch activities.
Lead and support a team of 5–6 warehouse employees.
Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work workplace.
Assist with warehouse operations and complete delivery runs when required.
Must HavePrevious experience in a Dispatch Team Leader, Warehouse Team Leader or similar role.
Current LF Forklift Licence.
Full Australian Driver's Licence (HR Licence advantageous).
Experience with delivery scheduling and dispatch operations.
Experience using RF scanners and SAP (or similar WMS/ERP systems).
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
