We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Salary range: $***** to $***** p.h. (HP5)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
*****% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Optometry or equivalent and proof of registration (Optometry Board of Australia)
Current Class C driver's licence.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
Probation period may apply.
