About The Role ...
As a part of the Reception team, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining and developing relationships with members
Ensuring compliance with liquor & gaming regulations
Maximising the patron satisfaction levels by driving service standards
Answering phone calls and directing them to correct contact or answering enquiries
Microphone announcements
Answering all enquiries from members
Your role will be to enhance customer service, achieve individual and team KPIs, meet financial targets and coach and motivate your team.
A front of house, hands-on role, you will bring proven experience of floor operations including cash handling,



a decisive personality and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic.
An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary legislation is imperative.
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
Essential Skills & Competencies
Have an extensive knowledge of club activities
Knowledge of aspects of compliance with relevant legislation
Proven ability to deal with a diverse demographic
Ability to improve communications and form strong customer relations
Effective time management and organisational skills
Immaculate personal presentation and service
Requirements And Qualifications
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Responsible Service of Gaming certificate
Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement
Working rights in Australia
