About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Golf Services Team Leader to join our team in a permanent part-time position.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our golf services, with a particular focus on the presentation and management of our cart fleet and driving range facilities.
The position offers a minimum of 25 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional weekend work as required.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking for stable, consistent work in a friendly golf club environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily presentation and operation of the golf cart fleet.
Manage golf cart charging, cleaning, maintenance reporting, and readiness for play.
Ensure the driving range is consistently presented to a high standard.
Collect, clean, and manage driving range balls.
Monitor golf services facilities and report maintenance requirements.
Assist with the setup of golf competitions and club events when required.
Provide friendly and qualified customer service to members and guests.
Support the Golf Operations team in delivering an exceptional golfing experience.




About You
The successful applicant will:
Be reliable, organised, and self-motivated.

Enjoy working outdoors in a team environment.
Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Have experience in golf operations, grounds maintenance, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Hold a current driver's licence (preferred).
Be physically capable of undertaking outdoor duties and manual tasks.
