What You'll Be Doing
As our Office Manager, you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation while providing support across administration, facilities, HR, compliance and executive support functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing office administration,
facilities, equipment and company vehicles
Coordinating office maintenance, security, suppliers and service providers
Maintaining HR records, onboarding documentation and staff compliance records
Managing organisational compliance activities, licences, clearances and training records
Preparing reports, summaries and administrative updates for leadership
Supporting continuous improvement and productive business processes across the organisation
Supporting payroll and finance administration when required
About You
You're someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys helping others succeed.
You bring:
Previous experience managing an office or administration function
Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
A positive, friendly and approachable personality
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure
Confidence working with a wide variety of stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Office and business systems skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine team spirit
Experience in the not-for-profit sector (desirable but not essential)
Qualifications or training in business administration, office management, HR, payroll, bookkeeping or a related field (desirable but not essential)
Requirements
Current Driver's Licence
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to occasionally attend events outside standard business hours
