About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and community participation.
You will build a positive and trusting relationship with the participant while assisting with their individual goals and daily support needs.
About You
We are looking for Support Workers who are:
Female (participant preference)
Mature, compassionate, and patient in their approach
Friendly and able to build strong rapport
Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing supports
Respectful of participant choice and independence
Experienced in disability support or community services (preferred)




Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Working with Children Check (if applicable)
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Comprehensive Car Insurance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Right to work in Australia
