About the Role
This role is split betweenbarista duties and front-of-house service, with approximately a 70% Barista /30% FOH rostered mix.
Some weeks you may spend most of your time on the coffee machine, while others may be focused on customer service and front-of-house responsibilities depending on others on leave.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Dialling in espresso machines and maintaining coffee quality throughout service
Preparing espresso coffee, matcha, iced drinks, specialty beverages, and cold foams to recipe
Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Following established systems and procedures to ensure consistency
Providing friendly,



professional customer service both behind the machine and on the floor
