Elm Lifestyle is looking for a creative, confident and fashion-forwardStylist & Content Creatorto join our growing team.
This exciting full-time role combines fashion styling with content creation, giving you the opportunity to shape the visual identity of one of Australia's leading lifestyle fashion brands.
Reporting to the studio manager, you'll work closely with our in-house Photography, Design and Marketing teams to style ecommerce and editorial fashion shoots and produce engaging content for social media.
Based in Geelong, STAGE II is a dynamic clothing company with offices throughout Australasia.
Our business includes a strong wholesale network across multiple brands, alongside a rapidly expanding retail presence with Edge and Elm stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
While your primary focus will beElm Lifestyle, you'll also have the opportunity to assist with styling across other Stage II brands including Foxwood Clothing, All About Eve, St Goliath and more.
JOB SUMMARY / AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Styling
Manage the styling for Elm Lifestyle across eCommerce, editorial and content shoots.
Assist in the organisation weekly eCommerce photoshoots, campaign shoots, editorial shoots and flat lays.
Source and coordinate locations, models, talent, props and run sheets while meeting production deadlines.
Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns and seasonal content align with the Elm Lifestyle brand vision.




Develop creative mood boards including locations, styling direction, props and campaign concepts.
Prepare, steam and style garments for all shoots.
Attend all studio and location shoots to ensure styling is executed to a professional standard.
Maintain styling stock, ensuring products are organised and returned to the warehouse after shoots.
Assist with styling requirements across other Stage II brands as required.
Content Creation
Be a key on-camera personality for Elm Lifestyle across Instagram and other social platforms.
Create engaging short-form video content that showcases recent collections, styling inspiration, trends and behind-the-scenes moments.
Present confidently on camera while representing the Elm Lifestyle brand voice and personality.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop fresh, engaging and commercially driven content ideas.
Stay up to date with social media trends and proactively suggest new content formats and creative concepts.
Help build the Elm Lifestyle community by creating authentic, relatable and entertaining content.
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
A qualification in Fashion, Visual Merchandising or relevant industry experience.
Experience in fashion styling within retail, eCommerce or editorial.




Confidence presenting on camera with a natural and engaging personality.
A genuine passion for creating social media content, particularly short-form video.
Strong understanding of current fashion trends and the social media landscape.
Experience coordinating fashion shoots and working within creative teams.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative workplace.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for fashion, creativity and storytelling.
