Our menus are designed with a focus on seasonal high quality produce, directly from the farm source itself.
We have our own extensive kitchen gardens providing seasonal produce and enhancing the dinning experience for our customers.

About the role
A most exciting opportunity is now open for submissions.
As the Pastry Chef of Sault Restaurant, you will be working with a wonderful team in delivering high quality food, focusing on seasonal, regional produce.
You will be responsible for all kitchen operations with regard to pastry, from assisting with menu planning and preparation to restaurant service.
You will be working directly with the Head Chef, owner operators and management.
Sault operates from Wednesday to Sunday and this position is full time.

Must have own mode of transport.
Assistance can be provided with finding housing via local estate agents etc. for re-location if required

You must be residing within Australia and be available for interview and multiple trials.
