The job requires no experience with training provided andMUSThave the following criteria:
Current WA drivers licence
Hold current property management registration
Local knowledge of the City of Armadale and surrounds
The successful applicant will be required to carry out routine inspections, conduct rental viewings, carry out property condition reports, run tenancy checks and assist the property management team.
We are looking for a team member with a high level of enthusiasm, well presented and willingness to advocate company policies and procedures plus work well in a large team environment
Use of company car during work hours and phone allowance will be provided in the package.
