About the Role:
We are looking for aFunctional Advisor with Supply Chain experienceto join our Digital Services team on an18-month fixed-term, full time basis.
Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, you will play a key role as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a project team, providing functional expertise to ensure solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment align with organisational policies, processes, and operational needs.
Acting as the link between operational business teams and the project, you will ensure business requirements are accurately captured and successfully translated into future-state solutions.
What You'll Do:
Provide expert functional advice to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.




Contribute to solution design, process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review and validate system configurations, participate in testing (SIT/UAT) and support data migration activities.
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
Participate in workshops and provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Need:
Degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline (essential).
Demonstrated experience working withERP or supply chain management systemsin a functional, advisory, business analysis, implementation, operations, or continuous improvement capacity.
Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is valued, but we also welcome candidates with relevant experience across other enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT) and process improvement.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a project environment.
Postgraduate qualifications in Change Management or Project Management will be highly regarded.
