About the role
Gosnells Family Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team.
As a full-time Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and support to our patients in a collaborative, primary care setting.
This position requires 5 days per week availability.
What you'll be doing
Assisting doctors with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures
Administering vaccinations, injections, and other nursing interventions
Conducting health assessments, care plans, screenings, and patient education
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with medical protocols
Coordinating patient care and liaising with other healthcare providers
Ensuring the clinical workplace is well-organised and appropriately stocked
Contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the medical practice
What we're looking for
Registered Nurses with current AHPRA registration are eligible for this position
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a general practice or primary care setting




Strong clinical skills and expertise in nursing procedures and patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies
Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of a busy medical practice
