About The Role
Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real difference in people's everyday lives?
We're seeking reliable and caring Environmental Service Workers to support our Crows Nest Aged Care Service, helping to create a clean, safe and welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
Key Responsibilities Include
Assisting with meal preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanlinessServing meals and setting up / cleaning dining areas, trolleys and traysFollowing food safety, infection control, and workplace health and safety guidelinesLaundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linen and resident clothingCleaning and maintaining residential areas to required hygiene standards
About You
You are someone who takes pride in your work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment in an aged care setting.
Previous experience in cleaning, catering, hospitality or laundry services (aged care experience desirable)Good communication skills and a respectful approach with residents and colleaguesCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work across day, afternoon,



and night shiftsHold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
Desirable
Certificate II in Cookery or similar qualification
