The Opportunity Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre, in partnership with Catholic Care Victoria, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Trainee to join their Geelong team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable administration and reception experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Working alongside experienced administration professionals, you'll develop practical business skills in a supportive environment while contributing to a well-respected organisation that provides valuable community services.
Position Details
Location:Geelong, VIC
Employment Type:Full-Time Traineeship (37.5 hours per week)
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Duties May IncludeProviding general administrative support to the office team
Greeting visitors and assisting with reception duties
Managing and maintaining filing and record systems
Data entry and document processing
Assisting with office correspondence and communications
Answering and directing phone enquiries




Supporting day-to-day office operations
Maintaining accurate records and business documentation
About YouMust be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with the right to work in Australia
Completed Year 10 or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
Professional presentation and phone manner
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
Willing to complete pre-employment screening and background checks as required
