About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful onboarding.
You will play a key part in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Draft, post, and manage job adverts on various platforms.
Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Support hiring managers with interview preparation and selection.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
About You
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once.
A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach.
Be passionate about candidate care
Strong attention to detail
Have a confident and professional phone manner
Outstanding verbal and written communications
Prioritising and managing timeframes and deadlines
Previous industry experience, high volume based recruitment
Experience using PageUp would be an advantage but not essential
