About the Role
As our Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for building and strengthening the Clearworld brand across all digital platforms.
You'll create compelling visual content, manage social media channels, develop marketing campaigns, maintain our website, and implement SEO strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
Photography & Videography
Plan, shoot, and edit professional photo and video content.Produce engaging content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, website, and digital advertising.Edit videos using motion graphics, captions, colour correction, and sound enhancements.Maintain and organise the company's digital media library.
Social Media Management




Develop and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.Create engaging captions and schedule regular content.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online enquiries.Analyse social media performance and prepare monthly reports.Stay up to date with current social media trends and platform updates.
LinkedIn Marketing
Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence.Create professional content including company updates, industry insights, case studies, and thought leadership posts.Increase engagement and build our professional network.Monitor LinkedIn analytics and continuously improve content performance.Experience with LinkedIn Ads is highly regarded.
Website Management
Build, update, and maintain the company website.Ensure the website is responsive, mobile-friendly, and quick-loading.Manage CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.Create landing pages for marketing campaigns and optimise conversion rates.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.Optimise website content, metadata, and technical SEO.Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:Creative, innovative,



and highly organised.Passionate about digital marketing and content creation.An excellent communicator with strong copywriting skills.Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and branding
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a similar role.Strong photography and videography skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva Pro and similar design tools.Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.Website management experience Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A current Australian Driver's Licence.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Email marketing experience using Mailchimp or similar platforms.Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.Graphic design experience.Drone photography/videography experience (advantageous).
