What a typical day looks like:
Greeting our patients and visitors with a warm welcome and handling check-ins and check-outs.
Keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing clinic calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone enquiries.
Taking care of everyday admin tasks,



from updating patient records to processing payments and managing data entry.
Supporting our clinical team so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Ensuring the reception area feels clean, tidy, and inviting for everyone.
You are naturally friendly, empathetic, and professional, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Your standout communication skills mean you know exactly how to make patients feel comfortable, heard, and valued from the moment they contact us.
You bring strong tech and admin capabilities to the front desk, and while experience with clinic management software or Microsoft Office is a big plus, your top-notch organisational skills and ability to keep your cool when the clinic gets busy are what truly set you up for success.
Above all, you hold a high level of discretion and respect for patient privacy, backed by previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role.
While a background in a medical or allied health setting is fantastic, a great attitude and a genuine willingness to learn are what we value most.
