About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for aCasual Sales Assistantto join ourJimmy Choo David Jones Pacific Fairboutique.
This role is perfect for a passionate and customer-focused retail professional who thrives in a luxury workplace and loves delivering memorable client experiences.




Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and bringing the Jimmy Choo brand to life every day.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable luxury shopping experiences.
Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs and targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Grow the client database and actively support appointment bookings and clienteling initiatives.
Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the boutique reflects Jimmy Choo's world-class standards.
Support daily store operations, including stock management and inventory counts.
Maintain a premium store environment that reflects the luxury Jimmy Choo brand.
This is a casual position; however, we are seeking someone available to work approximately ***** hours per week.
Mandatory availability:Friday and Saturday.
About You
You are passionate about fashion, luxury, and delivering exceptional service.
You enjoy building genuine connections with clients and take pride in creating an elevated shopping experience.




To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Previous retail experience, with luxury retail experience highly desirable.
An understanding of luxury or specialty retail environments, including sales, clienteling, visual merchandising, and store operations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Confidence using retail systems and computer applications.
A customer-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a collaborative team approach.
A genuine passion for fashion and luxury brands.
