? What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and other communication channels
Providing clear, accurate, and professional information
Investigating and resolving customer concerns efficiently
Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
Working as part of a supportive team to achieve service and quality goals
? What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience in a contact centre, retail, hospitality, administration, or other customer-facing environment
Strong communication and active listening skills
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people
Ability to multitask across different systems and applications
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Resilience and adaptability in a rapid-paced environment
Availability to work a rotating roster where required
