What's in store for you?
PreparingFBT and statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Work closely withpayroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payableteams to streamline financial operations.
Prepare and lodgemonthly BAS reportsin a timely manner.
Generate and analysedaily cash flow reportsto support financial decision-making.
Review and resolveuncleared supplier transactionsto maintain accurate records.
Support the maintenance ofasset registersfor effective asset management.
Performbank and general ledger reconciliationsto ensure financial integrity.
Processsupplier payments and journal entrieswith precision and efficiency.
Provide support toAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivableas required.
UtilisePower BI and Excelfor financial analysis and reporting.
What we're looking for:
Do you have what it takes to thrive in this role?
Essential:
Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experiencein a finance or accounting support role.
Experience working withSAP or other ERP systems.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite, withintermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Excellentattention to detail and accuracyin financial transactions.
Ability to collaborate effectively in ateam-oriented environment.
Analytical skills.
Desirable:




Experience inFBT, asset management, WIP, and statutory accounts.
Familiarity withPower BIfor financial reporting and analysis.
Knowledge oftaxation and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills with experience incash flow forecasting.
Outstandingcustomer service and communication skillsto liaise with stakeholders effectively.
CPA / CA / ACCA qualifiedor working toward qualification; Manufacturing industry experience.
Exposure to Power BI.
