The company values quality craftsmanship, customer-focused service, and practical, visually effective signage outcomes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA for Signage and Installation Professionals.
In this position, team members install a variety of interior and exterior signage, including building signs, vehicle graphics, and shopfront displays, following design specifications and safety standards.
Daily tasks include reading and interpreting plans, preparing installation sites, using hand and power tools, operating access equipment, and ensuring completed work meets quality and alignment requirements.
The role also involves coordinating with the design and fabrication teams, loading and transporting signage materials,



and communicating with clients and site contacts regarding installation schedules and requirements.
Accurate documentation of work completed, adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean, organized work workplace are essential.Qualifications Experience with signage installation, fabrication, or a related trade, including safe use of hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and installation plans.Strong practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail in alignment, finishing, and overall presentation.Comfort working at heights and with access equipment; relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., EWP, White Card) are highly regarded.Good physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and install signage materials safely.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a professional approach when dealing with clients and site personnel.Valid driver's license and reliable transport; willingness to travel to various job sites within the region.Previous experience in signage, shopfitting, construction, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
