We are a passionate NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centered supports throughout the Queanbeyan region, and we're looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to participants in their homes and within the community.
Every day is different, and you'll play an key role in helping people achieve their goals and live independently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting community participation and social inclusion
Providing transport to appointments and activities
Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
Administering or assisting with medication (where qualified)
Following individual support plans and behavior support strategies
Completing accurate case notes and documentation
Promoting participant choice, dignity and independence at all times

About You
We're looking for people who are:
Compassionate, reliable and professional
Excellent communicators
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and sleepover shifts (where required)
Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centered support
Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Vulnerable People (ACT) or Working with Children Check (where applicable)
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver License
Reliable, fully insured vehicle
Smartphone with the ability to complete electronic documentation
Full Australian working rights
Desirable
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services
Experience supporting participants with complex behaviors, mental health, psychosocial disability, autism or high intensity supports
Medication Administration and Manual Handling training
