Highgrove Bathrooms is looking for a talented and drivenSenior Digital Marketing Executiveto lead the development and execution of our digital performance strategies across paid search and social channels.
In this key role, the successful candidate will also spearhead our email marketing efforts and drive SEO performance.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the role will play a pivotal part in growing our brand presence, increasing online and in-store traffic, and ultimately maximising return on ad spend (ROAS).
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and optimising our paid digital campaigns and consumer engagement strategies across email & SMS.
Ideally with experience inRetail and eCommerce,you will be skilled at collaborating with internal teams, external agencies and partners.
This role is ideal for a data driven, results-focused marketer with strong technical skills and creative flairwho thrives on kicking goals!
The Role:
Lead and optimise national and localsearch & Shopping campaigns.
Manageemail and SMS marketing strategies, including automations, segmentations, and customer retention and engagement programs.
DriveSEO and website optimisationto improve rankings, technical performance, and user experience.
Overseepaid social campaignsacross Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor overall digital performance, provideinsightful reports, and deliver recommendations to continuously improve our engagement,



reach, and ROAS.
Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality and high-performing, on-brand campaigns.
Your Skills & Experience:
Minimum5 years' experiencein digital marketing with a focus on paid performance.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid social media marketing.
Proficiency inemail & SMS platforms(Salesforce, DotDigital, Klaviyo, or similar) including automation and segmentation.
Experience working witheCommerce platforms(Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Provenbudget managementexperience.
Background in digital marketing forretail and eCommercebusinesses preferred.
