We have an excellent opportunity to join our Vision Care Rx Operations Team as a Process Technician.
This role supports the timely processing and coordination of customer orders and is a hands-on, all-rounder position within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Receive, unpack,



and dispatch daily ordersSort incoming work into defined production streamsIdentify frame styles and trace lens dimensionsMatch lenses with spectacle frames and manage storage allocationPackage completed spectacles and prepare shipmentsConsolidate orders and prepare consignment documentationFollow established systems and processes to meet customer and company requirementsWork collaboratively with the Lab Manager and team to meet production targets and resolve issuesMaintain compliance with quality management systems and company standardsProvide general support across operations as required
Key Skills Required Include
Strong accuracy and efficiency in pick & pack or process-based workAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksA reliable, punctual, and adaptable approachAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWillingness to learn, cross-train, and contribute across different functionsStrong commitment to quality, compliance, and customer outcomesA proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
