We're looking for a motivated and experiencedCommercial Landscaping Site Supervisorto join our growing team.
Working Monday to Friday7:00am - 3:00pm, you'll lead a crew and coordinate works to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our Project Managers and management team to plan works, maintain productivity, uphold quality workmanship and create a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day commercial landscaping operations
· Lead, mentor and support site crews
· Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and site resources
· Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
· Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard




· Monitor quality, productivity and workmanship
· Complete daily site records, pre-starts and safety documentation
· Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients and suppliers
· Identify and resolve site issues before they impact project delivery
· Maintain a safe, organized and qualified worksite
About You
You'll ideally have:
· Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial landscape construction
· Previous experience leading site crews
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to read and interpret construction plans
· Sound understanding of WHS requirements
· White Card
· Current driver's licence
· MR licence, excavator tickets or other plant competencies (advantageous)
