Police HomeCare delivers services personalised to individual needs, ensuring their clients stay happy, healthy and independent within the comfort of their own community.
The Head of NDIS is a senior leadership role responsible for driving excellence in service delivery and participant outcomes.
Leading the strategic and day-to-day operations across NDIS programs, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), community participation and complex care services, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant and person-centred services aligned with NDIS standards, legislation and human-rights-based principles.
Responsible for developing workforce capability, strengthening key relationships, embedding innovation into service models and driving business development, the Head of NDIS will play a pivotal role in strengthening Police HomeCare's disability services offering now and into the future.
Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of NDIS service professionals,



this is an outstanding prospect for an experienced disability services leader to make a significant impact within a growing and purpose-driven organisation.
Providing both strategic leadership and operational oversight, the successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of disability services and NDIS frameworks, proven experience managing complex programs and service delivery outcomes, and the commercial acumen required to meet operational and financial targets.
Equally important are exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities, strong workforce leadership and the ability to drive service innovation and program growth while fostering a culture of safety, compliance and person-centred care.
Success will be underpinned by effective strategic oversight of operational risk, governance and compliance frameworks, robust policy development, continuous improvement and sound financial management.
A strong commitment to human-rights-based service delivery, coupled with the ability to lead change, influence organisational outcomes and build high-performing teams, will be critical.
