✅ To Be Eligible, You Must:
Hold aCertificate III in Individual Support(or recognised relevant qualification such as a bachelor/diploma in nursing)
Have completed theDirect Care Skills AssessmentthroughANMAC
Meet theEnglish language requirements
Beunder 45 years of ageat the time of visa applicationandremain under 45 after two years, to be eligible for a permanent residency visa later
Be committed toliving and working in Australia long-termin a full-time role




Sponsorships under the Aged Care Labour Agreement begin with a2-year temporary visa.
To progress topermanent residency, candidates must:
Hold the temporary visa for 2 years
Still be under 45 years of age at the time they apply for the permanent visa
