Currently we are seeking an
experienced and passionate Nurse Educator –
Clinical to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will
lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of clinical
education programs, ensuring nursing staff are equipped with the
knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional patient
care.
The successful applicant
shall be part of a multidisciplinary team is responsible for the
development, facilitation, implementation and evaluation of
educational, professional development programs/resources and
strategies for nursing and related services.
Areas of
accountability will include leadership, development, implementation
and review of quality and safety initiatives, the setting of
clinical standards, policy development and change management.
Works
in collaboration with colleagues and the Nursing Director.
The
Nurse Educator practices within their scope of practice considerate
of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision
Flowchart.
