Coming into busy season and Hotel Grand Chancellor, Adelaide is looking for Casual Food and Beverage Attendants.
You must be able to work breakfast shifts and early conferences.
(Please do not apply if you are unable to commence work at 6.00am)
You must be that person who takes great pleasure in providing a high level of service and who has a genuine care factor for being a supportive team member.
As these are casual positions we will work around your other commitments, but some flexibility will be highly regarded.
Main responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service at all times throughout the hotel
Maintain a positive working relationship with guests and colleagues
Working within our multi-outlets including Bistro, Conference & Events and Room Service
Present menus, answer enquiries and make suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to restaurant guests




Maintain a clean and organised work environment
To succeed in this position, you will need to meet the following criteria:
RSA
Food and Beverage experience
Previous hotel experience highly desirable
Ability to follow policies and procedures and identify improvements
A positive, adaptable, team player attitude to build positive relationships
