Care Done Differently Pty Ltd – NDIS Registered Provider
Care Done Differently is growing and looking for an experienced Casual Rostering Manager to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced role supporting our NDIS operations, so previous experience rostering within the NDIS or disability sector is essential.
About the role:
Manage and maintain staff rosters
Coordinate shift changes and urgent coverage
Match support workers to participant needs
Communicate effectively with participants and staff
Ensure rosters are compliant with participant funding and service requirements




What we're looking for:✔ Previous NDIS rostering experience (essential)✔ Excellent organisational and time management skills✔ Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly✔ Strong communication and customer service skills✔ Experience using rostering software
This is a casual position with the chance for ongoing hours for the right person.
Applicants with experience on the floor with PersonalCare, Manual handling, Medication administration
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR
WWCC (Working With Children Check)
Drivers licence and reliable vehicle,
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to work shifts on the floor with clients will have immediate priority.
