We are looking for a proactive, organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team.
The Role
You will support our accountants and manage the front-facing client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service:Managing the front reception, answering phone calls, and greeting clients in a professional manner.
Office Administration:Managing correspondence, filing, ordering stationery, and maintaining office organisation.
Accounts Support:Assisting with accounts payable/receivable, data entry, and processing invoices using MYOB software.




Process & Compliance:Dispatching client compliance paperwork, preparing engagement letters, and managing client databases.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven administrative experience, ideally within a public practice accounting or skilled services firm.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is highly regarded.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data confidentiality
