The Role
Coordinate administrative tasks across the sales and pre-construction pipeline
Prepare building contract packs and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate records of plans, specifications, inclusions and client selections
Follow up clients and external stakeholders for outstanding documents and approvals
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior management




Update the CRM and construction management systems with current project information
Assist with maintaining sales reports, pipeline information and upcoming opportunities
Liaise with brokers, conveyancers, developers and referral partners
The Criteria
At least two years' experience in residential construction, property, land development, housing or a related workplace
Solid organisation and follow-up skills
Confident communicating with clients and external stakeholders
