Job Description
Troy Sun Pty Ltd We are seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our growing team.
The successful applicant will work on a variety of residential renovation, repair and construction projects across Townsville, Ayr, Ingham and Charters Towers.
Benefits Salary: Competitive salary of AUD $75,000 to $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
Task & responsibilities
Carry out general carpentry work on residential building projects.
Construct, install and repair timber structures, fixtures and fittings.
Complete kitchen, bathroom and house renovations.
Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry and other building components.
Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
Measure, cut and assemble building materials.
Perform roofing repairs and associated carpentry works.
Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and workplace health and safety requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work workplace.
Qualification & experience




Relevant trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant post-qualification experience (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Current driver's licence (preferred).
