This is a dual role position as part of our back of house operation.
You will be responsible for ensuring all decoration is completed accurately and to our customers high standards.
You will also be involved with the picking, packing and dispatch for our warehouse orders.
You will need exceptional communication and organisational skills and thrive as a part of a small team with a focus on a sales and service culture.
Duties




Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store.
Accurate preparation of garments for decoration including new customers designs.
Organise and prepare delivery of customer orders.
Operate and maintain decoration equipment (training supplied).
Timely communication and liaison with customers and suppliers.
Quality and stock control.
What we are looking for someone who has-
The ability to prioritize tasks, be an independent problem solver in a complex working workplace
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
You must be able to meet KPI's to hit time sensitive and sales targets.
Physically capable to handle stock and operate machinery.
Above average computer skills with a willingness to learn.

· Hours between 8am and 5pm with limited Saturday shifts, closed Sundays, and Christmas to New Years (flexibility to backfill staff absences)
