The Opportunity
We're looking for an experiencedLeading Handto join our high-performing team delivering civil infrastructure and urban development projects.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You'll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining programme targets and fostering a positive, safety-focused site culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily site operations and construction activities
Coordinate labour, plant and material resources
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and plant hire contractors
Monitor project costs and productivity on site
Ensure works are delivered to programme requirements
Manage survey and set-out requirements
Maintain accurate records of site activities
Promote and uphold safety and environmental standards
Identify and report non-conformances and support corrective actions
Ensure all works meet quality specifications and client expectations
About You
You'll bring:
Certificate III in Civil Construction
Current driver's licence
Experience in civil infrastructure and/or urban development projects
Proven leadership and team coordination experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Sound understanding of construction drawings, specifications and quality requirements
A strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance
The ability to consistently deliver projects within programme and budget constraints
Experience with shoring works
You'll also be a team player who leads by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
