The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the owner, you'll oversee the daily operations of this busy, fast-paced café while leading from the front and creating an environment where both the team and customers thrive.
You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, implement improvements and genuinely shape the future direction of the business.
