What You Will Do
As program facilitator, you will deliver structured programs that support rehabilitation and positive behaviour change.
You will work with people in custody and your team to help achieve better outcomes through education, support and planning.
You Will
deliver structured rehabilitation programs that build practical life skillsassess program suitability and support individual case plan goalsprovide encouraging guidance that motivates participation and positive behaviour changemaintain accurate records, schedules and program data to support planning and evaluationcontribute to case planning, staff learning and a safe, supportive rehabilitation environment.
About You
A relevant qualification, training or certification is desirable.
Experience delivering programs in rehabilitation or social services will also be highly regarded.




You Should Also Have
strong knowledge of rehabilitation needs for people in custodyproven skills using group facilitation and working with people who may be hard to reachclear communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communitiessound problem-solving skills and the ability to build respectful, inclusive working relationships.
