Ramm Botanicals is a family-owned horticultural business located at Kangy Angy on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW.
We are an integrated tissue culture laboratory and nursery production facility, producing premium-quality plants for both Australian and international markets.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiasticHorticulturistto join our nursery team.
Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you will play an important role in the production and care of a wide range of ornamental and commercial plant varieties.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Plant propagation from cuttings and tissue culture.
Potting, transplanting and general crop maintenance.
Watering, nutrient feeding and irrigation management.
Monitoring plant health and applying pest and disease treatments.
Assisting with crop monitoring and reporting.
Preparing and packing customer orders.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality and workplace safety.
Working collaboratively with the nursery team to meet production schedules.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for horticulture and enjoys working in a quick-paced production environment.
The ideal applicant will have:
A qualification in Horticulture (or be recently qualified).
Previous horticultural or nursery experience (desirable but not essential).
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.




Excellent communication skills.
A willingness to learn and take direction.
High attention to detail.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
A current driver's license and reliable transport (essential).
Experience operating farm equipment such as mowers or tractors (desirable).
Weekend work as Rostered

Monday to Friday roster, with occasional weekend work as Rostered.
