We are currently recruiting an experienced Rail Traction Lead to join a major rail infrastructure project in Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile rail electrification program that forms part of Queensland's long-term transport infrastructure investment leading into ****.
Location- Brisbane, QLD
Duration- Permanent, Full-time
Salary- $210,000 - $230,000
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of rail electrification works, ensuring compliance with project, safety, and quality requirements.
Manage project programs, subcontractors, stakeholders, budgets, and performance reporting to support successful project outcomes.
Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams while promoting a team-oriented, inclusive, and safety-focused culture.
Required Experience




Bachelor of Engineering or relevant qualification
Demonstrated experience delivering traction power and rail electrification projects, including HV substations, feeder systems, and associated rail electrical infrastructure.
Experience managing engineering deliverables, stakeholders, project teams and commercial responsibilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of SHEQ requirements and risk management.
Australian Working Rights – PR, Citizen or current visa
