Groundskeepers – 90acre Farm and neighbouring Persimmon orchard in Bilpin, NSW.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Gardener to join our team on a picturesque 90-acre farm and Orchard.
You will be working closely with our existing caretaker to maintain and enhance the property's presentation and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Repair and maintain general farm fencing, including electric fencing
* Whipper snipping and general grounds maintenance.
* Gardening /Tree maintenance/greenhouse / orchard maintenance
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience with fencing and grounds maintenance
* Experience operating tractors / chain-saws etc
* Experience with orchards and trees desirable
* Confidence using a range of tools and equipment
* A robust work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to follow direction and work autonomously
* A practical, can-do attitude
* Honest and reliable
* This role would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously in a beautiful rural setting and takes pride in keeping a property looking its best.
