About the role
Excel Glass and Aluminium is seeking a skilledCommercial Aluminium Window and Security Fabricatorto join our team in Gnangara, WA.
This is afull-time positionbased at our manufacturing facility.
As a Commercial Aluminium Window and Security Fabricator, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality aluminium window and security systems for commercial clients.
Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence and meeting the demanding specifications of our commercial projects.
What you'll be doing
Fabricating commercial aluminium window frames and security products
Operating and maintaining specialised fabrication machinery and cutting equipment
Measuring, cutting, drilling and joining aluminium components with accuracy and attention to detail
Performing quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure products meet commercial standards
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications from architects
Preparing products for delivery, including packaging and labelling
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
Collaborating with other team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Identifying and reporting any equipment issues or material defects to management
What we're looking for
2 years minimum experience in aluminium window and/or security system fabrication within the building trades industry
Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery, including saws, drills, presses and assembly equipment
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately




Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and practices
Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work with machinery in a manufacturing environment
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliability and punctuality in meeting production schedules
A current or ability to obtain relevant safety certifications (such as machinery operation or welding certifications, if applicable)
Experience with commercial-grade products and the ability to work to tight tolerances is highly desirable
