What you'll be doing...
Provide genuine, welcoming & efficient service every time, always ensuring the guest experience and service provided is put ahead of admin work;
Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including process payments and verifying guest information, assist with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed;
Assist guests with spa, dining and housekeeping enquiries and maintain a strong working knowledge of these departments;
Act as an ambassador for the hotel,



provide information about our dining options, hotel amenities and offering location / area recommendations;
Handle guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, knowing when to pass over to management to resolve issues;
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback;
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues;
Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations at all times.
You'll thrive in this role if you have...
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a front office, reception or customer service role ideally from within a Hotel environment (essential);
Strong communication skills and eye for detail;
Positive attitude and love for customer service;
Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
Reliable vehicle to get to and from the property;
Located close to the property or a willingness to relocate.
